ILEAS often makes large purchases utilizing federal grants. From time to time, ILEAS may determine that to get the best service and/or price we will publish a Request for Proposals (RFP). If we publish an RFP, vendors will find specific information about that RFP on this webpage.
Tactical Interoperable Communications Plans (TICP) for southern Illinois counties
ILEAS is seeking proposals from vendors to develop Tactical Interoperable Communications Plans (TICP) for 42 counties in southern Illinois located within the New Madrid Earthquake Zone (NMEZ). ILEAS will be working in partnership with the Illinois Statewide Interoperablity Coordinator (SWIC) during the project. The goal is to comply with the OEC / DHS designated timeframe of 12/31/2011 for completion of this project.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is open immediately upon publication and will remain open until September 30, 2010 at 4:30pm. Interested parties will find the RFP attached below as a PDF document. You may download and save that document. Any modifications to the RFP will be posted on this website.
